We know you’re excited to get your gear and we don’t want you to have to wait any longer than necessary. We aim to ship all merchandise within 1 day of receiving your order, unless stated otherwise.
You will receive two emails from us once you place your order. The first is an order confirmation email that includes your order number, your billing and shipping info, and your order summary. The second is a fulfillment email which is sent once your order has shipped and will include the same info as above, along with your USPS tracking number.
All orders are shipped using the USPS first class rate, which does not include insurance.
Procrastinator? Should you need faster shipping or require insurance, please email us to make arrangements. We’ve got you covered.
Big spender? That’s awesome. We thank you with free shipping. All orders over $100 will ship for free via USPS first class mail.
Please, please double check your order and your shipping address prior to making your purchase. All orders are shipped individually so we’re not able to combine orders or offer shipping refunds on multiple orders, nor are we able to replace an order shipped to an incorrect address.
If your merchandise has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
If a package is not received in 30 days, please contact us.
We want you to love your purchase. But, we understand that sometimes returns need to happen. Here’s the skinny:
We will accept returns of items in their original (new, unworn, unwashed) condition within 30 days of the date on your shipping confirmation email.
We will issue a refund in the form of original payment.
All of our packaging is reusable (because we’re trying to be green), so we ask that you return your items in the original packaging. You can remove our shipping label, or simply cover it up with your own.
If we’ve made an error (hey, it could happen - we’re human), or if you receive damaged items, we will gladly cover the cost of the return and replacement. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Once your return is received, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge.
Should you wish to exchange an item, we ask that you return it for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you would like instead. This is the best way for us to process exchanges due to the nature of our quick-moving inventory.
So you decided to purchase, only to find out we’re having a killer sale the next day. (The worst feeling, right?) We definitely don’t want you to have any regrets about your purchase. We will honor a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of the date on your order confirmation email.
Simply email us with your order number and the discount code, and we’ll work to issue a refund for the difference.
